Purchase, Payment, Return Policy
1) We can ship our products to the customers worldwide via economy/standard/express shipping in any quantity (one or hundreds).
2) If you have any query please send us by email (see our web page CONTACT US) or leave message (on the bottom of every page) stating the item number and the quantity wanted together with your name, country and email. You will get the reply in 24 hours the latest.
All the clay remotes sent will be with the battery built-in, but might be removed by the inspector of international aviation. We will not be responsible if this case is happened.
3) Payment: via Paypal. We will send you an invoice via Paypal if your order has been confirmed.
4) Delivery: For ordering 1 or 2 units the handling time normally will be in 3-5 business days since payment completed.
5) Warranty: 1 year
6) Return policy: We accept non reason returning within 7 days after item arrived if the returning postage paid by buyer. The refund will be made immediately via Paypal as soon as we received the back item.
